And, while we were in a refurbished room, the hallway looked like it hadn't been redone and was in awful shape. As to the facility itself, we were warned that it was under construction, but that obviously didn't help anything. Compounded by an exceptionally crabby van driver to the airport itself the next morning, who dropped us really far from our check in and gate area. And clearly others have had the same problem from the comments. While both the driver (who had no idea of the problem) and the front desk (which, to its credit, offered us some comp for the problem) were extremely apologetic, the problem shouldn't have happened to begin with - heck, the reason we stayed there was to be convenient to the airport. They apparently "forgot" to tell the driver. Service - as instructed by the front desk, we called for a pick up from the rental car facility. We had problems with the service as well as the facility itself.
